Accountant’s Accelerator, a division of Sandra L. Leyva, Inc., offers training, coaching, consulting, and outsourced marketing for CPAs, accountants, bookkeepers, tax preparers, and other self-employed accounting professionals who want to grow their practices, earn more, work less, and serve their clients better.
Our two most popular group training programs, Accountant’s Accelerator Network and JumpStart Your Accounting Business, are specifically designed for solo practitioners and firms grossing under $1 million in revenue. For accounting firms grossing over $1 million per year, we offer private, customized training and coaching in the areas of marketing, educational selling, negotiation, client communications, and future partner training.
We offer a full set of marketing services, including website design, SEO, newsletters, and social media support, as well as a full range of self-study products in our store.

Sandi Smith Leyva, President
Sandi Smith Leyva, CPA, CMA, MBA, and founder of Accountant’s Accelerator and Accelerate Small Biz, provides online marketing services, including websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and other online marketing services to accountants, speakers, and other professional services entrepreneurs. She loves bringing out the best in her clients so they reach their perfect clients, and she is best known for her SEO work, having made clients millions of dollars in online revenue over the years.
Author of 30 books and hundreds of CPE courses, Sandi has won eight awards for her thought leadership and is quite eclectic, having backpacked alone around the world at age 32, co-piloted a single engine around the world at age 39, visited 100 countries by age 47, and earned a master’s degree in neuroscience at age 51.
Sandi is also passionate about helping accountants go beyond compliance work and really connect with their small business clients in an advisory role. The entire small business economy thrives when this synergy happens.
In her spare time, she loves hiking, traveling to remote places, and walking the labyrinth in her backyard.

Marjory Rase, Web Marketing Designer
Marjory Rase is our resident artist and social media dynamo. She creates all of our graphics from concept to publication, develops our clients’ WordPress sites, and manages all of our internal and external social media accounts.
Marjory is resourceful, adaptable, creative, and technical. She has experience in graphic design at design companies and has participated in a group art exhibition. She studied First Diploma Media at Grimsby Institute, earned a BS in Multimedia Arts and Sciences, and was a Silver Medalist at Mapua Institute of Technology.
Marjory speaks English and Filipino. She has lived in England and the Philippines. In her spare time, she likes to watch movies, read and create art.
Our Virtual Accountant’s Accelerator Team
Mika Howard is Sandi’s virtual technology assistant. She schedules Sandi’s appointments, organizes succession planning activities, helps with customer service, and performs a variety of administrative tasks, including WordPress and shopping cart updates.
Mika has her own company, MTH Virtual Assistance, and is taking new clients, so feel free to contact her directly. Mika graduated from the rigorous AssistU, where she learned how to be a virtual administrative assistant. In her past, she has been executive assistant, project coordinator, and marketing coordinator in the IT, marketing, service, legal, and manufacturing industries.

Matt Mitchell is our graphic artist. He designs all of our web headers, logos, business cards, flyers, and other marketing and branding materials for Sandi and her clients.

Barbara Hennessy is our transcriptionist. She transcribes all of our webinars, teleseminars, and recordings so you can easily skim through them to find what you need without re-listening to the entire session.

In the past, Barbara has been an Executive Assistant for the Nevada State Contractors Board and has served as Events Coordinator and Communication Specialist.
