Some courses are part of a larger package of offerings, exactly like conference CPE. In this case, the refund policy that applies is the one that is in effect for the entire package. If a participant is not satisfied with one portion of the course, we will individually work out an arrangement with the participant that is satisfactory to them. This may be providing them with another product of interest to them, offering a credit toward future work, or offering a partial refund.
Sample package refund: Participants may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date or by January 31, 2012, whichever is later. The course binder and all materials must be returned in a resalable condition to the Indiana warehouse at 2001 N. Hunt Street, Terre Haute, IN 47805. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In the rare case that a course needs to be cancelled, we will notify you immediately via email or phone. You will receive a full refund for your order with our profuse apologies.

Materials and Course Content Update
Technology is evolving at a rapid pace. Sandra L. Leyva, Inc. is dedicated to bringing you the most up-to-date content relevant to your business environment. Course materials are updated at least once a year in an effort to keep materials current. We research dozens of marketing sources to keep our course information current, relevant with the changing economy, and accurate. Courses conducted early in the year may not contain the same content as a course with the same title conducted later in the year.
We also pay attention to content and suggestions we receive from you. If you see any typos or would like to suggest corrections, please send us an email to email@example.com with your suggestion, the course name, and page number, and any outside source that validates or verifies your suggestion, if applicable. We appreciate your input.
