Program Description:
ChatGPT plus Zapier make for a powerful combination when it comes to workflow integration. Using this configuration, you can send data back and forth among different systems. Goodbye, duplicate data entry and other menial tasks!
There are at least 3 major ways to use OpenAI and ChatGPT with Zapier, and we’ll show you those in the class, along with several use cases. First, we’ll go over the one-time setup required for the ChatGPT and Zapier integration, which involves your OpenAI account.
Using ChatGPT in a zap in Zapier can be a bit confusing at first, so we’ll break down the required fields for a couple of actions and show you how to set up a zap using ChatGPT. We’ll cover ChatGPT actions which don’t require zaps. And we’ll briefly mention the possibilities of using the OpenAI API. No coding required, but decent tech skills are a plus to get the most out of this course.
After completing this course, you’ll be able to:
- Learn what Zapier is and how it can streamline your workflow
- Define several technical terms to make sure everyone is up to speed
- Name the steps to connect Zapier and ChatGPT
- Name the steps to set up a zap using an accounting task example
- Understand and use Zapier AI actions (alpha) using ChatGPT
- List several use cases for implementing the ChatGPT / Zapier integration
- See where to get the list of triggers, actions, and examples of any app in Zapier
- Briefly name one opportunity using the OpenAI API
Note: You do not need any paid accounts to attend this course, but you will need a paid OpenAI account (for zaps, not for certain types of actions), a paid ChatGPT account, and a paid Zapier account to implement any of the things we cover.
